David was a great mentor to many that needed a nudge to get back on the right path.

Everyone who crossed his path walked away all the better for having done so. To David, strangers were friends, friends were family and his family was everything. David loved being outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing, raising cattle, riding horses or teaching the kids target practice.

There are NO words to describe David's wit and humor, fast on the draw, and he often left you speechless. He always had a story to tell and wisdom to give even if you weren’t looking for it.

He will be Greatly missed by all that had the pleasure to know him.

The Family offers a special thanks to the VA nurses and doctors for all the excellent care.
