Donald Carl Schroeder Jr., 77, of Moore, OK, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020.
He was born in Detroit, Michigan, on February 19, 1943, to Donald Carl Schroeder Sr. and Delphine Marie Klinczinski. He was called “Big Don” by his younger siblings.
Donald retired as Master Sergeant from Tinker Air Force Base and went on to earn two Bachelor’s Degrees and a Master’s Degree in Business.
Don was a successful and respected photographer specializing in weddings and sporting events, but was best known as “The Picture Guy” in nightclubs and bars throughout the greater Oklahoma City area. He was loved by so many.
He was a hardworking, kind, generous man that loved his family.
Don is preceded in death by the love of his life, Ida Regina Lusher, on April 8, 2014.
He is survived by his children, Donald John Schroeder, Ida May Crandall, Bobbie Jean Frith, Richard Allen Schroeder, and Nicholas Alexander Schroeder; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was and will always be deeply loved by us all. Though we mourn for our loss, we rejoice in their reunion.
