Survivors include his mommy and daddy, Thomas and Kelsey Caldwell; grandparents, Don and Rhonda Snow, Robert and Dena Thayer, and Steve and Celeste Caldwell; special aunt, Keiko Wright and her husband Todd and their family; brothers, Steven Tucker and Benjamin Cash; sister, Evelynn Kiri; aunts, Brittany Howard and her husband Aaron and their family, Kristin Hughes and her husband Brody and their family, Kasondra Caldwell, Renee Johnson and her husband Dwayne and their family, and Taylor Snow; uncle, John Snow and family.

Visitation will be Monday, September 10, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral and Cremation, 400 SE 19th Street, Moore, OK 73160.

Funeral ceremony will be held Tuesday, September 11th at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Moore Funeral and Cremation. Burial will follow at 4:00 PM in Caldwell Family Cemetery in Poteau, OK.
