It is with great sadness that on Monday, July 23, 2018, Naomi Ruth Nall passed away at the age of 82.
Naomi was born to the late Hughie and Hallie Whisenhunt on March 16, 1936. After graduating from New Lima High School in Wewoka, Oklahoma, she began a short career as a Secretary before marrying Korean War Veteran, Arnold Dale Nall. She began a much loved dual career of a wife and mother. Naomi was a life-long Christian who instilled that faith in her children. She had many hobbies which included spending time on the computer to keep up with family and friends on Facebook, playing video games, especially her favorite Mario World, exploring and discovering new facts about family genealogy, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, with a little singing added in.
She weathered the death of her husband, her infant son, Homer, and two daughters, Susan Nall and Donna Allen. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Eugene, Wanda, Hughie, Jerry, Gerald, Wayne, and an infant baby brother.
Naomi will be lovingly remembered by her daughters and their families: Lisa Winter and her husband Steve, and their daughter, Stephanie; Saundra Burdine and her husband Keith, and their daughter, Ashley; granddaughter, Jazmine Nichols, whom she raised like a daughter; son-in-law, Robert Allen; grandchildren and their spouses and partners: Karissa Vogel and her husband D.J., and their son, Maximus; Latasha Franks and her husband Corey, and their children, Conner, Colton, and Covey; “Bubba” Robert Allen and Angel Florez; Jay Dorman, and his children, Skylar, Rowan and Rosie; and Eric Dorman.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 28th at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Moore Funeral & Cremation, 400 SE 19th Street, Moore, OK with Minister Bryan Levangie officiating.
