Olivia Diane Simmons

Olivia Diane Simmons passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on November 17, 2018. Olivia was born  October 30, 2018. After undergoing open heart surgery, Olivia was still able to grip her father’s finger and respond to her mother’s voice by opening her beautiful brown eyes. She enjoyed having her mommy and daddy read her stories and say prayers with her each night. She had a head full of dark hair, her mommy’s lips and her daddy’s nose.

Olivia is the daughter of Dean and Jennifer Simmons of Newcastle. She is the answer to their prayers, and they waited for her birth with joyful expectation. During her brief visit on Earth she was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed. Olivia gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on Earth.

Olivia is survived by her parents Dean and Jennifer Simmons, maternal grandparents Ron and Debbie Faubion, paternal grandmother Carolyn Diane Simmons, paternal great-grandmother Geraldine Jones. Olivia is being greeted in Heaven by her grandfather Dean Simmons and great-grandparents Flora and Claude Faubion, Virginia and Raymond Birdsong, Lily and Dempson Simmons, and Robert Jones.
